Terms and Conditions – 4G Lux Rental Cars
1. Requirements for renting
Minimum age: 21 years (25 years for vans or special vehicles).
Current driver's license valid in the country.
Present a credit card in the tenant's name for security deposit.
2. Reservations and payments
All reservations must be made through the website or by phone.
A deposit or full payment is required according to the reservation policy.
The security deposit is required and is refunded according to the return policy.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations with more than 48 hours' notice: full refund.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice: an administrative fee will apply.
No-shows: no refunds.
4. Use of the vehicle
The vehicle may only be driven by persons authorized in the contract.
It is prohibited to use vehicles for racing, transporting illegal goods, risky activities, or unauthorized off-road driving.
The lessee is primarily responsible for all damage to the vehicle.
The renter is responsible for traffic fines, tolls, and any violations committed during the rental period.
No repair work should be carried out on the vehicle without first obtaining permission from 4G Lux Rental Cars.
5. Fuel and mileage
All vehicles are delivered with a full tank and must be returned in the same manner.
The mileage included in the contract must be adhered to; excess mileage will be charged at the established rate.
6. Insurance and coverage
All vehicles have compulsory basic insurance.
Additional coverage options will be available and must be purchased at the time of booking.
The lessee will be responsible for damages not covered by the contracted policy.
7. Lessee's Responsibility
Take care of and maintain the vehicle in good condition during use.
Immediately report any accident, damage or mechanical failure.
Return the vehicle on the date and time agreed in the contract.
8. Late Return Policy
An additional charge will be made for each additional hour of unauthorized use.
Delays of more than 3 hours may be considered as an additional day of rental.
9. Contract modifications
4G Lux Rental Cars reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time.
The applicable conditions will be those in force at the time of signing the contract.
10. Legal jurisdiction
This contract is governed by Colombian law.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the local courts.
